What We Do

woven background

The WCER Clinical Program provides students at UW–Madison with sustained opportunities to “sift and winnow” through applied projects in real time, in real contexts and with real impact.

The Wisconsin Idea is the central pillar of our mission at UW-Madison, that university research should be applied to solve problems and improve the health, quality of life, and environment for all citizens of the state. Actualizing the Wisconsin Idea is neither a passive nor automatic process.

Importantly, this is done in partnership with the youth, families, educators and communities we serve, supporting a multidirectional building of promising knowledge and practices.
